Quick Start Guide

Sign up as a free user using your personal or work email address. After getting your account set up, visit the marketplace and select a collection you’d like to send. You’ll then be prompted to write your message, set up the redemption page, add recipient emails, and pay for your gift(s). Easy-peasy!

Absolutely! If you want to plan ahead for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other occasions, it’s super easy to schedule sends with Loop & Tie. Just go through the send-a-gift flow above, and set your send date. You can change these dates at any time before the scheduled day/time.

Loop & Tie credits are what you use to send gifts. 1 credit = $1. Users can choose pay-as-you-go or purchase credits ahead of time to use earmarked gifting budgets.

Many corporate gifting vendors encourage bulk buying the same items to give to everyone – which often results in generic, impersonal gifts. Choice-based gifting is the philosophy that if you give recipients gift options to chose from, they’ll pick the gift that makes the most sense for them.

Your gift messages will be sent via email on the scheduled day and time. Sign into your account and click ‘Recipient Activity’ to see when the message has been sent, opened, and redeemed, as well as when the gift has been delivered.

When the gifts you send aren't redeemed by their recipient— either because their gift link expired or you canceled the gift— the gift value automatically gets returned to your account in the form of credits. You can use that cash to send a little more joy out into the world (or just resend a gift to your original recipient).
