Each bottle of Libellula olive oil is grown, pressed, and bottled by a collective of Italian family farmers in the hills just outside Rome. Discover the richness of this year’s historic harvest in two distinct expressions: Classico and Riserva.
Classico (100ml)
Our signature extra virgin olive oil, pressed in November for a balanced and versatile flavor. Classico olives are harvested months earlier than mass producers, yielding an antioxidant-rich and high-polyphenol oil with 350–400 mg/kg (compared to 100–150 mg/kg in typical EVOO).
Flavor notes: Floral, with undertones of apple and artichoke

Riserva (100ml)
A limited-release, early-harvest olive oil pressed in October for unmatched depth and intensity. Because these olives are picked before full ripeness, only a small amount of oil can be extracted — resulting in a rich, peppery, and herbaceous flavor with 500–600 mg/kg of antioxidants.
Flavor notes: Bright, herbaceous, spicy, with undertones of walnut
Chef-recommended pairings: Bruschetta, soups, and red meat
About the Brand - Libellula
Libellula is a collective of family farmers located in the hills just outside of Rome. Founded by Julia and Camillo, Libellula was created to support small-scale Italian olive farmers who were abandoning their groves due to the challenges posed by climate change.
By uniting as a collective, the group pools its knowledge and resources, working closely with farmers to implement climate-resilient agricultural practices. This collaboration ensures that each farmer has the support needed to maintain their olive groves for generations to come—and to share their exquisite extra virgin olive oil beyond their local communities.
Thanks to its regenerative farming methods, Libellula’s olive oil contains 3 to 6 times more polyphenols and antioxidants than typical extra virgin olive oil.
