With features designed for sketching, writing, crafting, and everyday carry, it’s a favorite among designers, authors, photographers, and travelers—and anyone living a beautifully portable lifestyle.

This bag features a padded laptop compartment for most 14" laptops or iPads, expandable water bottle pockets inside and out (perfect for watercolors, too!), and dedicated pen and brush slots. Padded shoulder straps ensure all-day comfort, while an interior key strap keeps essentials within easy reach. A trolley sleeve makes travel seamless, vegan leather handles add a polished touch, and—best of all—it’s loaded with pockets for effortless organization.

About the Brand – MAIKA
MAIKA creates thoughtfully designed, sustainably made bags and accessories that help multi-tasking women stay organized, stylish, and joyful on the go. Founded by Viola—a working professional, mom, and athlete—the brand was born from her desire for pieces that were functional, durable, and beautiful without being overly precious. With over forty years of family experience in luxury bag making, she designed the first MAIKA bag featuring hand-drawn patterns, smart details, and eco-friendly materials.

Today, MAIKA has grown to include bags, travel accessories, and home goods, all crafted from recycled canvas, vegan leather, and printed with eco-friendly inks. Every pattern is hand-painted or illustrated in-house in Oakland, California, ensuring each piece is made with creativity and care.

The name MAIKA means “dancing flower,” and is also the name of Viola’s daughter—capturing the joyful, spirited essence at the heart of the brand.
