Meditation Training
Depending on your current needs and experience, Tamara draws on one of the many techniques to guide you in developing a custom meditation practice that fits into your life. Over the course of 3 60-minute individual sessions you will learn techniques for everyday living, understand the basics mechanics of meditation and its benefits, and have real-time practice and space to explore questions and insights that may come up. There are no prerequisites for becoming a meditation practitioner, one must only be curious enough to try it. Tamara makes meditating fun and easy. You are guaranteed to laugh during your time together.

Breathwork Training
Learn the technique to restore balance in mind, body and spirit, release held tension, fears and trauma from the body with 3 60-minute individual sessions. Easy Breathwork is a simple, easy and safe breathing technique to facilitate healing, unwind stress, tension, trauma and injury from the body and to restore a sense of well-being. Through breath we are able to peel back habitual layers of protection in order to access and digest emotional holding patterns. Body and mind align in the present moment, allowing the body to clear itself of deeply held tension and fear. In this session, breathe from the comfort of your own home, and be guided out of your mind and into your senses. Feel relaxed and energized in a sense of well-being. Leave feeling in your body, clear in your mind and light in your spirit. With regular training in this technique. develop the capacity to clear yourself in real time of incoming stressors, old trauma and emotional holding patterns. Even just one session often results in an increased capacity to be present, thrive and creatively flow.

About the Maker - Tamara Edwards
Tamara was introduced to meditation early in life by her father, a medical doctor and Ayurvedic practitioner who learned Transcendental Meditation from Maharishi in the 1970s. Life events led her to a deeper practice in 2010, which resulted in a two-month pilgrimage to India. For the past 2.5 years, Tamara lived off-grid in the jungle of Costa Rica serving as the wellness director and creating sustainable solutions for a luxury eco-lodge and 3,000-acre regenerative farm. Also during this time, under the guidance of mentors, developed her healing modalities and worked with a versatile International client base. Now Tamara focuses her energy on curating immersive experiences, producing, and teaching regenerative practices such as breathwork and meditation, creating holistic lifestyle training programs, and speaking and consulting with socially conscious companies and individuals. When she is not sharing her practice, Tamara is traveling the world – surfing and helping efforts related to protecting and regenerating the environment. 10% of the profit goes to nonprofits supporting the regeneration of the planet and to feeding the homeless.
