In the first hours and days after a disaster, every moment matters. All Hands & Hearts' (AH&H) emergency response teams mobilize quickly — often within 24 hours — to deliver critical support directly on the ground. From distributing food, water, and essential goods to removing debris and providing temporary housing, All Hands & Hearts works to help communities stabilize and take the first steps toward recovery.

Nepal Flood Response
AH&H is on the ground responding to devastating floods and mudslides. Since 2015, our team has worked alongside communities in Nepal, helping rebuild schools and strengthen the places families call home. Now, that same team is on the ground responding to devastating floods and mudslides. AH&H is committed to long-term recovery and will restore 20 schools in Nepal over the next 2 years.

Colombia Earthquake Response
AH&H arrived in Pereira the same day as the powerful 7.4-magnitude earthquake struck. We immediately began supporting first responders with critical supplies, including tools, PPE, and emergency equipment. Our team continues to work through evenings and weekends as needs evolve, supporting emergency shelters. In more remote areas, we have begun repairing homes and assessing the damage to schools.

Venezuela Earthquake Response
Within 24 hours of the devastating earthquakes in northern Venezuela, AH&H delivered the first trucks carrying essential relief supplies to support hard-hit communities and first responders. Our response has grown to include additional critical support, such as meals, hygiene kits, access to safe drinking water, medication, satellite connectivity, and more. The need is still great, and our teams are committed to supporting communities through immediate and long-term recovery in the months ahead.
