Fishwife's Smoked Atlantic Salmon is sourced directly from a Norwegian fishery that is an industry leader in sustainable aquaculture. It's carefully smoked in small batches over a mix of beech, maple, and birch wood, then hand packed and canned at a fifth-generation, family-run cannery on Washington's central coast.

The result is a deeply flavorful tinned seafood that is excellent in recipes and equally suitable for enjoying on its own.

Fish Wife has collaborated with Fly by Jing, the first premium Chinese food company with crafted pantry staples, for this limited edition Smoked Salmon with Sichuan Chili Crisp. Salmon sourced from Kvarøy Arctic, the first finfish farm to carry the Fair Trade USA seal and a third-generation family farm in the icy Arctic circle, are used for the recipe. The salmon is then brined in Fly by Jing's Sichuan Chili Crisp, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, garlic, and brown sugar. Smoked in small batches, the salmon is then packed and canned by a family-owned cannery off the coast of Washington. Elevate fish sandwiches with its smoky, spicy flavor, snack with crackers, use in noodle dishes, or eat straight out of the can.
