Entryway is a national 501(c)3 organization that transitions individuals and families at risk of or experiencing homelessness to economic self-sufficiency by providing career training, full-time employment and housing opportunities in partnership with the real estate industry.

Entryway’s training program is a cornerstone of participant success, equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge needed for employment within apartment communities. Through a blend of virtual classroom courses offered by Grace Hill and hands-on, in-person instruction led by multifamily industry professionals, participants receive comprehensive upskilling tailored to industry needs.

The program emphasizes high-demand roles such as groundskeeping, maintenance, and leasing, while also providing essential training in soft skills, life skills, and financial literacy. This holistic approach prepares participants for interviews with Entryway’s employment partners and supports their continued growth and advancement throughout their new careers.
