Okay, to be fair, building a connected brand is kind of always on my mind as I’m definitely someone who's obsessed with understanding how brands create unforgettable experiences. 

Lately, though it's been much, much more frequent because a Connected Brand inspires loyalty from its fanbase. This isn’t just some fluffy vanity metric. It translates directly to growth as well as our friends over at Hubspot report that 60% of loyal customers will purchase more frequently from their preferred brand.
